COMMUNICATION LINE CONNECTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize the personal handy-phone system (PHS) within a high-speed moving object. SOLUTION: A radio base station 19 connected to a public line network 28 is provided on the ground. A cover area of the radio base station 19 is made sufficiently wide by taking into account a moving speed and a moving range of the high-speed moving object. On the other hand, the high-speed moving object 1 is provided with a mobile station 7. The PHS(R) 3 within the high-speed moving object 1 and the public line network 28 are interconnected via the radio base station 19 and the mobile station 7. The PHS 3 is provided with a mode on the assumption of its use within the high-speed moving object 1, such that the PHS 3 within the high-speed moving object 1 is prevented from being directly connected to a ground station.
