PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly viscous ink feeding device, which can eliminate a return line and a drain line and, at the same time, stably feed highly viscous ink under a highly accurate certain pressure necessary for a printing machine to a highly viscous printing machine. SOLUTION: This highly viscous ink feeding device is equipped with a high pressure line 12 for feeding the highly viscous ink under high pressure from a main ink tank 5 to the neighborhood of highly viscous printing machines HV, pressure reducing valves 16 for decompressing the ink in a high pressure line to the pressure necessary for the printing machine, high pressure on-off valves 23a provided on upstream side thereof, low pressure lines 18 for feeding the decompressed ink to the printing machines and anti-coagulation devices 22 for preventing the ink in the low pressure lines from coagulating so as to highly accurately keep the pressure of the ink at a certain value.
