PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the opening/closing of a cover, maintenance work, etc., even when a side handle exists. SOLUTION: On the left side of a main body 2, the side handle 9 is installed between a handle 4 and the backward lower part of the main body 2. The lower end of the side handle 9 is connected in a backward section other than a cover 5 in the side of the main body 2, and the intermediate part of the side handle 5 is formed to detour around the outside of the cover 5 from above.
