<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently surely avoid scratching the peripheral surface of a rotary drum due to a vibration of a protective cover even in a case where a process unit alone is transported without being given a particular package. <P>SOLUTION: Resilient members (72 and 74) are stuck to at least parts of the internal surface of the protective cover (62) of the process unit (2).
