PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage resource information required for performing a printing guarantee by determining whether resources such as an assumed font, a form and so on are included in printing equipment to be selected and selecting the printing equipment when the printing equipment is transferred and automatically selected.

SOLUTION: The resource information is held in association with information specifying the equipment in a resource management server, and the difference in resource between the equipment is compared by referring to the resource information when the equipment is selected.
