<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetron device which is reduced in cost and has high stability. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetron device is provided with a first filter using a frequency band of main mode of a magnetron as a pass band and a frequency band of a spurious mode as a block band; and a second filter using the frequency band of the main mode as the block band and the frequency band of the spurious mode as the pass band.
