PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio multi-cast data distribution control method capable of receiving multi-case data which are being distributed from the leading while reducing inter-BS and MS control signal quantity. SOLUTION: This radio communication system is configured of a BS and a plurality of MSs (1-1 to 1-k) housed in the BS2 so that data communication between the BS2 and each MS and between respective MSs can be executed. This radio multi-cast data distribution control method includes leading acquisition steps(steps S8, S10, S12, S15, S21 to S24, and S31 to S35) to allow the specific MS to directly acquire the non-received leading part of the multi-cast data from the other MSs existing in the periphery , when receiving multi-cast data which are being distributed from the BS2 from the middle.
