PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a badge making device, by which a desired original accessory is easily and surely made, and which is safe even for use by a child. SOLUTION: The device fixes a paper sheet such as a photographic paper or an illustrated sheet between two accessory members functioning as a front and a rear members by pressing, and satisfies the following requirements: (a) a device body 1a has an opening portion 4, a mount portion 16 for mounting the accessory materials is formed inside the opening portion 4, and a openable/closable door member 5 is provided at the opening portion 4; (b) a pressing member 6 for pressing a badge by an operation lever 8 is disposed above the opening portion 4; and (c) the operation lever 8 can be engaged with the door member 5 to release the engagement with the door member 5 only when the door member 5 is fully closed.
