摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle capable of rolling and gliding without relying on power transmission to neighbors by using a device consuming less energy. SOLUTION: Constitution and operation of right and left contrastive pair of rotors 10, 30 are typically written with a right rotor 10. The rotor 10 comprises a rotor 13 of a right drive motor 12, a right rotary shaft 14, a right lightweight track 15, and a right spindle motor 16 rolling on the track. The operation comprises the steps of rotating the rotor 13 at constant speed at first, rotating the rotor 16 at the location contacted with an inner wall 20 of track 15 and at the center of weight of the rotating mass of the rotor 10 simultaneously, freely rotating rotor 10 at constant angular momentum by cutting power source of the rotor 12 at angle ofθ<SB>RS1</SB>, transferring the spindle motor 16 on an outward route by relative force against permanent magnet 25 mounted on the spindle motor 16 by supplying power to an induction coil 19 arranged on the track 15 through a slide feeding-receiving device 28 from a mounted battery 27 simultaneously, stopping the spindle motor 16 at location contacted with an outer wall 21 at angle ofθ<SB>RS2</SB>, stopping the spindle motor 16 at location contacted with an initial inner wall 20 at angle ofθ<SB>RS2</SB>on a homeward route transfer from angle ofθ<SB>RS1</SB>in succession of rotation as it is, supplying power again into the drive motor 12 here, repeating again from angle ofθ<SB>RS1</SB>, and promoting toward X direction by executing this performance in contrast with the rotor 30.
