PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relaxation sole which is suitable to satisfy a user. SOLUTION: This relaxation sole (1) has a top face (5b), a bottom face (5a), a sole body (5) containing a housing (8), which opens at least to the bottom face (5a), on the sub-calcaneus supporting area (2), an elastically deformable structure (7) located in the housing (8) of the sole body (5), and a skin (10) which covers top faces of the sole body (5) and the elastic structure.
