PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a warming device for a microscope causes an overshoot such that the temperature of a center part becomes higher than a set temperature since detected temperature of a temperature sensor is lower than the temperature in the center of a transparent plate for heat generation and an electrode is electrified based upon the detection information as the temperature, the temperature sensor is arranged at the end part of the transparent plate for heat generation without being an obstacle to observation although the center of the transparent plate for heat generation tends to be higher in temperature. SOLUTION: A device is equipped with the transparent plate 59 for heat generation which has a transparent conductive film 71 formed on a surface of a transparent base plate 69 and also has a couple of electrodes for electrifying the transparent conductive film 71 and a transparent plate 67 for protection which is laminated at a specified distance to the transparent plate 59 for heat generation and is equipped with a heat conduction member 63 formed of a material with high heat conductivity between the transparent plate 59 for heat generation and transparent plate 67 for protection.
