PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine capable of efficiently eliminating dust in a ball guide gutter (a tank rail) for guiding game balls, from a ball tank for storing the game balls, to a ball pay-out device. SOLUTION: First to third ball guide passages 230, 240, 250 are provided partitioned inside the tank rail 200 provided at the Pachinko game machine 10, and the bottom part is provided with dust flow-down grooves 271 for allowing dust in the guide passages 230, 240, 250 to flow down, and a plurality of reinforcing plates 280 for reinforcing the guide passages 230, 240, 250. The upper part of the reinforcing plate 280 is provided with inclined faces 280a, 280b inclined downward in the at least downstream direction of the tank rail 200 to prevent the accumulation of dust on the reinforcing plate 280.
