<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust structure of a kitchen unit securely removing smoke generated by cooking a food material outside. <P>SOLUTION: An IH heater (induction heater) 13 is provided on a counter 12 of the open kitchen unit 10 provided in a space between a dining room D and a kitchen K. A side mantle hood 17 is provided above the IH heater 13, and a heat protection plate 14 is provided on the counter 12 on the side of the dining room D. A flow regulating fan 15 for making the smoke generated by the IH heater 13 head toward a side of the side mantle hood 17 is provided on an upper part of the heat protection plate 14. A rail part 27 and the like are provided on the heat protection plate 14.
