<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner type touch panel having improved scratch resistance and to provide a display device using the same panel. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for the inner type touch panel which is formed by disposing two substrates with transparent conducting layers 2 opposed to each other and whose movable substrate is provided with a polarizing film 5 is disposed on a visual recognition surface of the display device to be used. This manufacturing method uses a cellulose film 6, at least, applied with a hard coat layer 7 for a visual recognition side base material of the movable substrate and manufactures the inner type touch panel by a method characterized in having a step of sticking the film to the base material comprising another movable substrate inline via a phase difference plate 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
