PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and precisely to a rear substrate mount a control electrode to be a plate member which comprises a plurality of strip electrode elements. SOLUTION: Each strip electrode element 60 composing the control electrode 6 to be the plate member is partially connected by bridges 61 to each other to become an intermediate part, both ends of which are fixed to the rear face substrate and then whose bridges are fused and separated.
