PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem such as erroneous operation due to erroneously pushing of keys during cleaning of a telephone device. SOLUTION: Pushing a specific key "P" disables all keys on a key operating section (S21). When an incoming call arrives (S23) during the on state of an LED (S22), an incoming call detection section 8 catches the incoming call like a conventional telephone device. Then, when a telephone receiver is picked up (S24), the LED goes out (S25), and all the keys are enabled (S26) and put in a normal status (S27). Thus, the operation keys are disabled until operations for the purpose of a call such as picking up the telephone receiver are performed. Under this condition, a calling operation releases the specific key function, Accordingly, even the presence of an incoming call the user can perform the usual operation.
