PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system which can guarantee data sequences on a plurality of channels even if a protocol not supporting communication using the plurality of channels is used, and also to provide a terminal therefor. SOLUTION: In the communication system, a transmitting station and a receiving station communicate with each other using a plurality of channels. The transmitter station calculates the transmission completion time of a not-transmitted part for a signal started last by the transmitter station, and then calculates the transmission time for a transmission signal to be transmitted next. Next, when the transmission completion time of the not-transmitted part for the signal is smaller than the transmission time for the transmission signal to be transmitted next, the station starts transmission of a next transmission signal.
