PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of an electromagnetic wave from occurring by forming a clearance between panels installed continuously with each other when walls and ceiling of an electromagnetic shield room are formed by installing a plurality of panels installed continuously with each other. SOLUTION: Panels B in which a plurality of holes 17 for furring strip mounting clip are formed in connection faces 14 formed at both lateral ends. A metal mesh 18 is stretched on the connection faces 14 of the panels B through a pressure sensitive adhesive double faced tape 19.
