<p>PURPOSE: A construction machine is provided to recover energy securely, and to reduce the size of the battery or the generator by charging remaining energy in the battery and actuating the generator with remaining torque. CONSTITUTION: A construction machine has an engine(1), a hydraulic pump(2) driven by the engine, and actuators(4) driven by discharge oil from the hydraulic pump. A regenerative motor(8) is rotated by return oil from the actuators and connected to a rotary shaft of the hydraulic pump. If driving torque necessary in the hydraulic pump is higher than output torque generated by the operation of the regenerative motor, the hydraulic pump operates driven by the engine and the regenerative motor. If driving torque for the hydraulic pump is lower than output torque of the regenerative motor, the hydraulic pump operates by the regenerative motor. With excess torque not subjected to energy regeneration in the hydraulic pump, a generator(11) connected to the rotary shaft of the hydraulic pump is operated for power generation to charge a battery(12) with the generated output.</p> |
