PURPOSE: An improved cup holder is provided to remove a process for assembling a supporting member to a cup holder housing by a tapping screw by insert-injecting the supporting member to a plate, accordingly to improve assembling efficiency and cut down the cost, and to improve usability of the cup holder and the design of the supporting member. CONSTITUTION: An improved cup holder(100) on which cups or beverage cans are put, mounted in a vehicle room is composed of steps of insert-injecting a supporting member(200) for supporting a container inserted in the cup holder to a plate(230) and assembling an injected object to a cup holder housing(300) for receiving the cups or cans. The supporting member comprises a supporting plate(210) closely contacted with the inserted container and a supporting plate frame formed by bending and extending downward the end of the supporting plate at a predetermined length. The end of the supporting plate frame is not connected to the plate but inclined to easily bend the supporting plate.
