PURPOSE: A manual driving device of a power shutter is provided to prevent malfunction and to improve the productivity by production and installation. CONSTITUTION: The manual driving device of a power shutter comprises: an electric motor shaft(100) connected to a shutter driving device and provided with many slits(110); a wheel driving shaft(200) slid axially and provided with a coupling piece(210) engaged with the slit(110); a chain sprocket wheel(300) whose center passes through the wheel driving shaft(200) to be fixed; an operation plate(400) fixed to the wheel driving shaft(200) and provided with at least one or more movable projections(410); and a support plate(500) fixed with the other end of the wheel driving shaft(200) and provided with an inclined way(510) formed along the movement of a movable projection(410) which rotates on the wheel driving shaft(200) and fixed to a body of an electric motor using many fixing bolts(600).
