PURPOSE: A ceiling plate setting stand is provided to fix a ceiling plate on the lower part of an M-bar firmly. CONSTITUTION: In a ceiling plate setting stand for coupling a ceiling plate(4) on the lower part of many M-bars(3) installed on the lower part of a ceiling slab at regular intervals using a staple(5), a bending guide unit(9) is formed in the bottom of a main body(7) of the M-bar(3) to guide the front end of the staple(5) to be bendable, and a staple bending unit(8) is formed over the whole length of the main body(7) of the M-bar, and the front end of the staple(5) is coupled through the ceiling plate(4) and the main body(7) of the M-bar and folded roundly.
