PURPOSE: To provide a continuous media agitation type wet grinder in which a high-viscosity object to be treated is dispersed and ground efficiently. CONSTITUTION: This grinding machine is provided with: a pulverizing vessel 2; a separator 13 which is arranged in the vessel 2, separates the inside of the vessel 2 into inside and outside chambers 9, 10 and has gaps at least part thereof for communicating the inside and outside chambers 9, 10 with each other; an agitating member 18 arranged in the inside chamber 9 in a rotatable manner; a supply port 11 for supplying the object to be treated into the chamber 9; and a discharge port 12 for discharging the treated object from the outside chamber 10. The member 18 consists of a disk 30 arranged in the chamber 9 in a rotatable manner and a plurality of rotary arms 19 arranged on both sides of the disk 30. Openings 22 are formed at several positions of the disk 30 by penetrating the disk 30. A plurality of fixed arms 20 are arranged on the inside face of the chamber 9 so that the arms 20 are faced to the respective arms 19.
