COUPLER FOR POWER LINE MODEMS

PURPOSE: A coupler for power line modems is provided to specially manufacture a power coupler for communication so as be easily applied to an existing PC. CONSTITUTION: In a computer system comprising a PC power input terminal, a PC power cable, and a PLC modem, a power coupler(100), located between the PC power cable and the PC power input terminal, comprises a plug terminal to be connected with the PC power cable. The power coupler(100) consists of two outlets. The first outlet transfers input power to the computer main body. The second outlet has a connector that branches a communication line from a power line incoming through the PC power cable and transfers it to the plug of the PLC modem.
