PURPOSE: A fluoroelastomer composition, its preparation and its use method are provided, to obtain improved compression set resistance and degree of crosslinking without post-curing process compared with the fluoroelastomer cured by a bisphenol curing agent alone. CONSTITUTION: The fluoroelastomer composition comprises 100 parts by weight of at least one fluoroelastomer; 0.5-4 parts by weight of at least one bisphenol curing agent; 0.05-5 parts by weight of at least one peroxide curing agent; and optionally 3-7 parts by weight of a monomer ester plasticizer. Preferably the fluoroelastomer is a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropropylene, a terpolymer of vinylidene fluoride, hexafluoropropylene and tetrafluoroethylene or their mixture and contains 66-70 % of fluorine; and the peroxide curing agent is α,α-bis(t-butylperoxy-isopropyl)benzene or 2,5-di(t-butylperoxy)hexane.
