DRUM WASHING MACHINE WITH REMAINING WATER REMOVING HOSE

PURPOSE: A drum washing machine with a remaining water removing hose is provided to prevent a drain pipe from freezing in winter by restricting remaining water from being collected in the drain pipe and by removing remaining water from the drain pipe out of the lower part of a tub with mounting the remaining water removing hose. CONSTITUTION: A drum washing machine includes a drain pipe(20); a remaining water removing hose(25) formed out of the side of the drain pipe arranged in the drum washing machine, and connected to a lower frame(16) in the lower part of the drum washing machine; a cap(252) opening and closing the remaining water removing hose; and a lower cover(130) having a cap hole for opening the cap out of the remaining water removing hose. Remaining water is easily discharged out by opening the hole cap of the lower cover and drawing the remaining water removing hose out without disassembling the washing machine in transporting the washing machine or modifying the installation position of the drain pipe.
