PURPOSE: A soundproof and fireproof door is provided to look the outline by compressing to have two iron boards thickness by bending a projected unit. CONSTITUTION: The soundproof and fireproof door comprises a front board(20) having a compressed projected unit in both sides and a rear board(10) combining with the front board. The front board and the rear board have a space unit bending a decorating unit(30) such as wood or MDF before combining, and fixed by a fixing device that contains a metal screw(40) or a bold and a nut. The decorating plate installed in the front and the rear plate of the soundproof and fireproof door, is made into a jade member, an elvan member and so on, and the decorating plate is combined by the nut and the bolt. Also, a honeycomb structure, urethane structure and a fireproof structure are inserted between the front and the rear plate.
