PURPOSE: Provided are clean rice containing the sap of Actinidia arguta and a manufacturing method thereof. Therefore, the manufactured rice contains components of Actinidia arguta beneficial to the human health. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing clean rice containing the sap of Actinidia arguta is characterized by coating rice with 500-2000 parts by weight of the sap of Actinidia arguta and impregnating it therewith, and followed by polishing and drying. |
