PURPOSE: A method and a system for measuring physical strength of an aged person are provided to measure accurately the physical strength of the aged person within a short period of time by improving a measuring method. CONSTITUTION: A system for measuring physical strength of an aged person includes a private data storage unit, a stature measurement unit(10), a muscular strength measurement unit(21,22), a flexibility measurement unit(41,42), an agility measurement unit(51), and an endurance measurement unit(61,62). The private data storage unit stores the personal information. The stature measurement unit(10) measures the stature. The muscular strength measurement unit(21,22) measures the muscular strength of the human body. The flexibility measurement unit(41,42) measures the flexibility of the human body. The agility measurement unit(51) measures the agility of the human body. The endurance measurement unit(61,62) measures the endurance of the human body.
