PURPOSE: A multi-functional push-pin is provided which is conveniently used for various purposes by piercing holes in the body of a conventional push-pin, including functions as a fastener of document or memo or as a hanger of various articles including a panel, calender, memo and other accessories. CONSTITUTION: The push-pin comprises a plurality of holes to be used for fastening articles including document or memo and for reinforcing a force of bearing the weight of the articles pinned thereby by using additional push-pin.
