PURPOSE: A sack made of a multi-layered polypropylene or polyethylene knitting yarn and a waterproof paper for a circular knitting machine is provided to minimize a system automation cost and enhance a productivity. CONSTITUTION: The sack made of the multi-layered polypropylene or polyethylene knitting yarn and the waterproof paper for the circular knitting machine comprises a sack(100) woven out of the multi-layered polypropylene or polyethylene knitting yarns and the waterproof paper fused to the surface of the sack. The sack is formed by widening one base side and applying an adhesive to form a bending line(102) and a folding piece; closing the base side by folding the folding piece; and attaching a plate to the base side.
