PURPOSE: A spare tire combining device having a tailgate for a vehicle is provided to lift up a heavy spare tire and a carrier by using force of a lifter device opening the tailgate and accordingly to make anyone replace the spare tire. CONSTITUTION: A spare tire combining device having a tailgate(1) for a vehicle is composed of a carrier(10) for housing a spare tire(sp) of which a front end is hinge-combined to a vehicle body and a rear end is combined to a back panel(4) of a rear floor(3) by a supporting rod(11) to install the spare tire to the lower of the rear floor; a combining groove(11a) formed at the upper end of the supporting rod; a combining tool(21) combined to the combining groove and connect-installed to an end of a connecting wire(20), wherein other end of the connecting wire is connected with the tailgate; and a nut(12') combined to the outside of the upper end of the supporting rod.
