FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with presowing seeds treatment in agricultural varieties. After thermal treatment seeds should be treated with immunostimulant as preparation containing the mixture obtained due to successive extracting Mortierella sepedonioides micromycete biomass with nonpolar extragent in supercritical state with water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water followed by combining the first extract with solid residue. The suggested technology enables to increase the quantity of preparations used for seeds treatment. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
