SUBSTANCE: the suggested preparation includes an active substance combination of betamethasone dipropionate, clotrimasol and gentamicin sulfate, foundation consisting of lipophilic component and hydrophilic component, emulsifier, trilon B and, not obligatory, a buffer agent. New combined preparation is characterized with multi-purpose therapeutic effect antiphlogistic, fungicidal and antibacterial, it doesn't decrease antibacterial effect at prolonged application and suppresses development of resistance to gentamicin sulfate in microorganisms.
