PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and low-cost converter for receiving satellite broadcast. SOLUTION: The converter includes a circuit board 2, on which a desired circuit is formed by mounting an electrical component 4 on a wiring pattern 3 provided on one surface side and which is attached to a frame body 1, and a feed horn 7 with a line-like waveguide part 8 formed into a cylindrical shape, the waveguide part 8 is extended in a direction parallel to the circuit board 2 and projected toward the outside from a sidewall face 1a of the frame body 1, so that the waveguide part 8 can be reduced in height, and the converter can be reduced in size.
