PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing segregation in a vicinity of a bonding surface of a powder composite injection molded body having the bonding surface and obtaining stable bonding strength and bonding characteristic. SOLUTION: This method comprises a first injection molding step of molding a first injection molded body by injection-filling a first molding material in a mold 103 to constitute a first injection molding space 105, a molding space forming step of forming a second injection molding space 108 facing the first injection molded body by exchanging a part of a mold member or displacing a part of the mold member while holding the first injection molded body in the first injection molding space, and a second injection molding step of molding a second injection molded body 110 continuous to the first injection molded body via a bonding surface by injection-filling a second molding material 109 in the second injection molding space. The method further comprises a bonding surface adjusting step of shifting at least the bonding surface or the molding material in a vicinity of the bonding surface in the first and/or second injection molded body.
