It is intended to provide a gel-type drink composition for total nutritional support which has a well-balanced composition of various nutrients, a refreshing feel and a low pH value and can be maintained in the stable state of a flexible gel appropriate for taking over a long period of time. This composition is a gel-type product comprising, based on the weight of the who le composition, from 5 to 20% by weight of carbohydrates, from 0.1 to 5% by weight of lipids, from 2.5 to 6% by weight of a protein material not coagulating at pH 3 to 4, from 0.2 to 3% by weight of citric acid, from 0.2 to 1.5% by weight of at least one acid component selected from the group consisting of ascorbic acid, tartaric acid, succinic acid, malic acid, gluconic acid, phosphoric acid, phytic acid, lactic acid and trisodium citrate, from 0.01 to 0.5% by weight of an emulsifier, from 0.1 to 1% by weight of agar and from 65 to 90% by weight of water and having a pH value ranging from 3 to 4. |
