PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily producible quick peeling device for potato to rotate a drum containing potatoes. SOLUTION: A drum formed by bending an expanded metal in circular form is rotatably attached to a horizontal shaft rotatably supported on a supporting bed, an operation handle is attached to the horizontal shaft and a charging and discharging port closeable with a door is opened on the circumferential wall of the drum.
