<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic composite material wherein an excellent magnetic characteristic from a hexagonal crystal system ferrite in a GHz frequency region is utilized, and it can be sintered at a low temperature not higher than 950°C, and further, it can be baked concurrently with its Ag inner conductors. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the magnetic composite material, a Y-type hexagonal crystal system ferrite powder of x (wt.%) (70≤x≤90) created in S1 to S4 and having composition represented by Ba<SB>2</SB>Co<SB>2</SB>Fe<SB>12</SB>O<SB>22</SB>, and a NiCuZn based spinel type ferrite powder of y (wt.%) (10≤y≤30) which is created in S11 to S14 are mixed and added with Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>of z pts.wt. (3≤z≤7) as a sintering assistant (S21) to the mixed powder of 100 pts.wt. Then, the resultant product is crushed (S22), and is dried (S23), and is molded (S24) to create a high-frequency ferrite by sintering thereafter the resultant product in a temperature in the range of 900-950 °C (S25). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
