POSITIONING DEVICE OF TABULAR PRECISION COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device positioning a chip with no damage in a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: This positioning device of a tabular precision component comprises a suction mount comprising an X-shaped projecting beam having a suction hole in its center and two pairs of clamping bodies approaching to/separating from the four directions of the projecting beam. This device is provided with a friction coupling 36 formed by inserting a coil spring 364 between curlers 361 fitted to a drive shaft 37 and a driven shaft 35, or moving mechanisms reciprocating the clamping bodies 31 clamping and positioning the chip on the suction mount.
