PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent delayed fracture and realize high corrosion resistance and high tensile strength, in a heat-resistant drill screw which is suitable for drilling a stainless steel plate. SOLUTION: This drill screw for drilling a stainless steel member comprises: a drill part 4; a tapping screw part 5 contiguous to the drill part 4; a fastening screw part 6 contiguous to the tapping screw part; and a screw head part 3 which transmits and apply rotation force. The drill part 4 and the tapping screw part 5 are formed of chrome stainless steel of high carbon, and the fastening screw part 6 including the screw head part 3 is formed of nickel stainless steel.
