MANUFACTURING METHOD OF POLYESTER DOUBLED YARN

摘要

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyester doubled yarn which is capable of having bulkiness, denseness and soft touch, controlling difference of breaking elongation of undrawn yarn group, reducing streak on weaving textile, improving dyeing property and controlling draw ratio is provided. CONSTITUTION: The polyester doubled yarn is obtained by the steps of: preparing two filament groups; heating one filament group at 160-170deg.C; drawing the other filament group with a draw winder in a drawing of 1.5-1.62 times; doubling the filament groups; and then twisting and dyeing the filament.
