<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interaction system which can carry on and properly end interaction or verse capping without hurting user's feelings even if the user or/and interaction system have misrecognition. <P>SOLUTION: An interactive verse capping does not deny speech contents of the user side immediately even in case of inconsistency of interaction resulting from an error of speech contents of the user or misrecognition due to a speech recognition part 10 approved through interaction with the user. Namely, the interaction is strategically evaluated by total victory/defeat judgment without being always restricted to an actual correct/incorrect result and when it is preferable that the interaction with the user is carried on, the interaction is continued. Thus, the interaction can be carried on and properly ended under certain conditions without indiscriminately creating a bad impression on the user by denying the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
