PURPOSE: An adjustable quilt is provided to allow a thickness of the quilt to be varied as desired to accommodate various seasonal or temperature conditions without the need for providing additional blankets or quilts. CONSTITUTION: The adjustable quilt comprises: a quilt(10) including an inner sheet(12) filled with a warmth-preserving member(11), usually with batting, and an outer sheet(13) covering the inner sheet(12); and folded edges(14) divided lengthwise into two parts to allow one or more quilted segments(20) to be detachably connectable to the quilt(10) by stitching.
