<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording carrier provided for information of high density, increased capacity with little warping on substrate is attained without modifying an optical disk system applied to a CD system. <P>SOLUTION: The information recording carrier forms a signal face 10a based on a minute pattern of unevenness shape in one face side using substrate material having optical transparency, and deposits a signal layer 20 on this signal face 10a. In addition, the carrier is provided with: a first optical transparency substrate 10 which forms a flat surface 10b in another face side facing to one face side; a second optical transparency substrate 30 which forms flat surfaces 30a and 30b in one face side and another face side using substrate material having optical transparency; and an optical transparency adhesives layer 40 formed between both flat surfaces by adhering a flat surface 10b formed in another face side of the first optical transparency substrate 10 with a flat surface 30a (30b) formed in either one face side of the second optical transparency substrate 30 by an optical transparency adhesives. Further, the carrier is composed so as to irradiate the signal layer 20 of the first substrate 10 with a laser beam incident from the second substrate 30 side through the second optical transparency substrate 10 and the optical transparency adhesives layer 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
