<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an office machine management system allowing a user poor at machine operation to comfortably use an office machine without periodically dispatching a maintenance man. <P>SOLUTION: This office machine management system 1 is provided with one or more office machines 3 having office machine information transmitting/receiving means 30 transmitting/receiving with a server device 1 via a communication network 2, the server device 1 having a server information transmitting/receiving means 10, and the communication network 2. This office machine management system manages the office machines 3 in such manners that the office machine 3 transmits information notifying an abnormality of the office machine 3 to the server device 1 via the office machine information transmitting/receiving means 30, and that the server device 1 is provided with database 11 storing machine set information corresponding to the information notifying the abnormality of the office machine 3, and when receiving the information of the abnormality of the office machine 3 via the office machine information transmitting/receiving means 30, extracts the machine set information corresponding to the information of the office machine 3 from the database 11, and transmits it to one or more office machines 3 via the server information transmitting/receiving means 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
