PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow molding device capable of preventing deformation of an opening of a preparatory molded body. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a die 1 and a blow nozzle 2. An annular contact member 7 having a contact face 12 supported at the tip part of the cylindrical blow nozzle 2 and airtightly in contact with the upper face entire periphery of a support ring W<SB>3</SB>of the preparatory molded body W, and an annular elastic member 8 which brings the contact member 7 into contact with the support ring W<SB>3</SB>under pressure while maintaining the airtightness between the contact member 7 and the tip part of the blow nozzle 2 are disposed. The die 1 is equipped with an annular recessed part 5 to which the support ring W<SB>3</SB>is mounted. The contact member 7 is equipped with a connecting member 13 which protrudes outward from the outer peripheral face between the contact face 12 and the tip part of the blow nozzle 2 and prevents contact between the tip part of the blow nozzle 2<SB></SB>and the die 1 on the outer peripheral side of the annular recessed part 5 by connecting with the outer peripheral edge of the annular recessed part 5. The preparatory molded body W is the molded body before executing secondary blow molding which is freely contracted by heating a preform or the preform to which primary blow molding is executed.
