PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an optical disk having a multilayer structure and superior in precision and productivity. SOLUTION: After lapping a substrate 4 and a stamper 21 on both sides of radiation cured resin 22, the substrate 4 and the stamper 21 are rotated at high velocities (Fig.B). Then, as shown in the figure, the radiation cured resin 22 applied to the central section spreads to a periphery by centrifugal force. Furthermore, as shown in (Fig.C), excessive radiation cured resin 22 is shaken off to the outside and removed from the end surfaces of the substrate 4 and the stamper 21. A transparent resin layer which does not have mixed air bubble at uniform film thickness can be formed in a short-time manufacturing process by a uniform outward force in a horizontal direction by the centrifugal force of high-speed rotation.
