<p>Thickness of cover is designed to annul magnetic field in its exterior face not in contact with coder. The magnetic coder (6) is designed to cooperate with a sensor (9) in order to measure the rotational speed of an element (12). The protective part (15), which is placed on the magnetic coder, has a shape designed to cover the magnetic encoders active face. The protective part (15), adheres to the coder (6) by magnetic attraction. The thickness of the part (15) is designed to annul the resultant magnetic field on the exterior face (13) of the protective part (15) which is not in contact with the coder (6).</p> |
