PURPOSE: A silica gel manufacturing device is provided to increase the productivity by supplying nonwoven fabric, manufacturing the package, charging silica gel, sealing the package and cutting in the limit space of one manufacturing device, and to decrease loss of silica gel by cutting accurately. CONSTITUTION: A silica gel manufacturing device(100) comprises a nonwoven supply unit feeding nonwoven fabric(14); a nonwoven fabric overlapping unit(120) folding the nonwoven fabric; an ultrasonic bonding machine(130) forming a bag by bonding the nonwoven fabric with ultrasonic waves; a silica gel charge tube filing the nonwoven bag with silica gel; a silica gel compaction unit compacting the silica gel down in the nonwoven bag; a silica gel hopper(160) supplying properly by storing silica gel; a cutter(170) cutting the finished silica gel per unit; a silica gel transfer unit(180) forcibly transferring the finished silica gel downward; and a control panel(190) controlling the device entirely. |
